Festival of Lights Holiday Exhibition

Where: Mediacom Ice Park

When: Saturday, Dec. 2nd – 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Cost & Info: $5 admission – this event is expected to sell out, so make sure you stop by or call to purchase tickets ahead of time!

Looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate the holiday season? Come out to Mediacom Ice Park and enjoy watching figure skaters of all ages and skill levels from Jordan Valley Figure Skating Club and The Skating School of Springfield celebrate Christmas on ice! This is the perfect event for the whole family and may even inspire one of your little ones to give ice skating a try for themselves!

4th Annual Craft Sale at The Barn

Where: The Barn at Stone Valley Plantation (2131 E. 530th Rd., Pleasant Hope, MO 65725)

When: Saturday, December 2nd – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Cost & Info: Free to attend, but bring your shopping money!

There will be up to 40 booths full of handmade, repurposed, shabby chic goodies – including rustic decor, handmade signs, clothing, jewelry, and more! It’s the perfect one-stop shop for your Christmas decor and your Christmas gifts!

Nixa Christmas Parade

Where: Starts at The X Center (Nixa Parks and Recreation)

When: Sunday, December 3rd – 2:00 pm

This year’s theme is Christmas Carols! Gather up your entire family and take advantage of this unseasonably warm weather by coming out to watch the parade! There is a new route this year, so be sure to check here to see the route and to make sure you find the best spot to wait for Santa!

Aromatherapy Workshop

Elf Jr. – The Musical

Where: Springfield Little Theatre

When: Thursday, Nov. 30th – Sunday, Dec. 3rd and Thursday, Dec. 7th – Sunday, Dec. 10th – Shows at 7:30 pm Saturday – Thursday, and a 2:00 pm matinee Saturday and Sunday
