Breakfast With Santa

Where: Bass Pro Shops, 1935 S. Campbell Ave, Springfield

When: Saturday, December 15, 2018 – 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

Cost: $13.95 ages 12 & up / $9.95 ages 3-11 / Free ages 3 & under

Before Santa heads back to the North Pole to get ready for Christmas, he will be stopping by Bass Pro Shops to enjoy a delicious breakfast with you and the family! Santa will spend time visiting with all of the children while the adults get to enjoy live music. After breakfast is over, the classic story “T’was the Night Before Christmas” will be told. While you are there, be sure to get your picture taken with Santa! This event is something the whole family will enjoy and will be one of the few opportunities available before Christmas to spend time with Santa up close!

The 1st Annual Nixa/Ozark Bowling Fundraiser

Where: Century Lanes, 855 W. Tracker Rd, Nixa

When: Saturday, December 15, 2018 – 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Nixa High School Bowling is hosting this 1st annual event to help raise funds for the Ozark and Nixa bowling teams to purchase uniforms and equipment as needed. There will be four people to a team which will consist of youth and adults. Each team must have at least one adult but no more than two. Even if you don’t have a team, individuals are encouraged to come out and bowl too! Raffle tickets will be available to purchase and prizes will be awarded to the top adult and youth series of the day. This is a great opportunity to go have some fun while supporting local youth!

BrewCo’s 21st Birthday Bash

Where:  Springfield Brewing Company, 301-305 S. Market, Springfield

When: Sunday, December 16, 2018 – 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

Cost: FREE!

Springfield Brewing Company is going to party like it’s 1997 in honor of their 21st birthday! You are invited to help them celebrate with cake, beer, a photo booth, giveaways, live music, family-friendly activities and more! Take a trip down memory lane with throwback beer prices and menu items that make you feel 21 years younger! CookieFest 2018

Where: Battlefield Mall, 2825 S. Glenstone Ave, Springfield

When: Saturday, December 15, 2018 – 10:00a.m.-1:00 p.m. OR until they sell out!

Cost: $2.00 each or $20.00 per dozen

Pop in to the Battlefield Mall in front of Macy’s for the pop-up bakery that is CookieFest 2018! There will be 210 dozen cookies and treats for you to select from provided by some of the best bakeries in the area! Proceeds from this event go to support Missouri Safe and Sober, a nonprofit organization that is designed to empower youth to make safe choices. While you are there, be sure to purchase a raffle ticket for a brand new KitchenAid Mixer! If you are lucky enough to win, you will be able to make 210 dozen cookies all on your own!

Miracle On 34th Street

Where: Branson Regional Arts Council, 205 S. Commerical St, Branson

The Branson Regional Arts Council is presenting the favorite Christmas classic “Miracle On 34th Street”. Follow Kris Kringle, a kind, elderly gentleman who begins working as a Santa for Macy’s. Mr. Kringle becomes a huge hit and begins claiming he is the real Santa Claus. Due to the unbelief of some, Kris finds himself at the center of a court case that threatens his freedom and the joy of Christmas.  Don’t miss out on this heartwarming and funny story that people of all ages will enjoy!
