TDP is looking for an energetic, go-getter with an outgoing personality to be the first voice they hear when calling the office and the first face they meet when walking in. This person will first and foremost be an administrative assistant in charge of typical office tasks – answering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating drawings, etc. but we would also like this role to assist with marketing, blogging, social media, strategic planning, and graphic design for the firm.   • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Take pictures and videos to post to social media, maintain an awesome social media presence
  • Help write and edit weekly blog posts
  • Assist in designing graphics for website, social media, and blog
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Answer calls from clients regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office supplies

-2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience preferred

-Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must

-Knowledge of operating standard office equipment

-Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

-Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills

-Good research skills and attention to detail

– Proficiency in social media platforms as well as in Adobe suite will set you apart
